Heather! Where are you!? I can’t see you! ha ha funny funny. Or not so much. Happy Humpday, babes! I hope everyone had a great day. Short of all the Ole Miss drama, my day was pretty great. If you follow my Instagram, you know my obsession with camo is REAL. It is out of control. Goodness, I am wearing a camo workout shirt now, and rocked a camo tee earlier today. Can’t stop, won’t stop! It is such a fun trend that has definitely held its own over the past several years. So, without further adieu…here’s HOW TO style a camo!

How to Style a Camo

THIS AIN’T YOUR DAD’S CAMO

Let’s be honest, camo has never actually gone out of style. To me it’s sort of like a neutral…like leopard for example. It was HUGE this past fall, and it was all over the spring runways as well. Think OUTWEAR, such as an oversized camo jacket or an on trend camo bomber. The key…wear this print in moderation. You don’t want to go full body camo like you are heading out to the woods. Here are a few of my FAVORITE camo pieces. If you follow me on Snapchat, you know I have LIVED in this camo jacket.

HOW TO STYLE CAMO

My blogger bestie Heather from My Life Well Loved and I joined forces to show you two ways to rock my FAV print. On her: she’s KILLING it in her camo jeans. My choice? The SOFTEST, CUTEST camo shirt dress. In both looks, we keep everything else simple. CAMO IN MODERATION, folks. Neutral tones and a Bella Dahl denim top for Heather and Golden Goose sneakers and a leather moto for me. You can really dress it up or down, but I typically opt for an edgy or sporty vibe when styling camo. I love to pair with sneakers or even moto boots.

MY LIFE WELL LOVED

Heather is my spirit animal I swear. It was bestie at first sight with her. She is a mentor, a sounding board, and just an awesome friend. Our kids are pretty much the same age, and we bonded over pregnancy, breastfeeding woes , and #momfails. She’s my go-to person at 1am to talk about blogging, fashion, or just whatever.
